Aetna Better Health of Ohio members can use our online provider search. You can also call Aetna Better Health of Ohio at 1-855-364-0974 (TTY:711) to request a hard copy of the Provider & Pharmacy Directory. The online Provider and Pharmacy Directory is updated at least every 30 days.

The List of Covered Drugs and/or pharmacy and provider networks may change throughout the year. We will send you a notice before we make a change that affects you. If you are looking for a specific provider and cannot find them online, or if the provider you are looking for does not appear to be accepting new patients, please call Aetna Better Health of Ohio at 1-855-364-0974 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Transportation for routine medical appointments
Please call MTM 48 hours in advance at 1-888-889-0094 (TTY: 711) , 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You may also call Member Services for assistance at 1-855-364-0974 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

You can also search for providers with the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s (ODM) Provider Directory. This tool allows members to electronically search for providers by name, provider type, and geographic proximity.

Providers can also use the Provider Network Management (PNM) tool. The PNM module serves as the single-entry point for secure portal functions such as claims submissions, prior authorizations, and member eligibility verification.  Click here for more information on PNM.

Note: Due to State Law and Medicaid requirements, members must have a referral from their healthcare provider (physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant) before a pharmacist may provide drug therapy management services. The pharmacist must also have an active consulting agreement with the member’s healthcare provider before services may be rendered.

The pharmacy provider search contains ALL pharmacy providers that are enrolled with Aetna Better Health of Ohio. Please note that the pharmacy provider search may include some clinic pharmacies that will only fill your prescription if you are a patient at their clinic. How to get transportation services and find a Provider:

If you need a ride to your appointments, call us at 1-855-676-5772 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, seven days a week and choose the transportation option.

You can also call Access2Care directly at 844-549-8347 (TTY:711) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You must call at least 3 days before your appointment. If you need help, call you Care Coordinator or Member Services.

Find a Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Rural Health Centers (RHCs) & Qualified Family Planning Providers (QFPPs) near you.
