As an Aetna^® provider, there are certain procedures and protocols you need to know. You’ll find most of the information you need in the provider manual. You’ll learn which services our plan covers. You’ll also find information about a wide variety of topics, ranging from provider responsibilities, to how to file a claim, to grievance and appeals processes.

While this manual contains basic information about Aetna Better Health and the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS), providers are required to fully understand and apply DMAS requirements when administering covered services.
