Aetna Better Health® Premier Plan MMAI, a Medicare-Medicaid health plan for people who are dual-eligible. Those who are dual-eligible qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid. Our members must live in one of these counties: Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee and Will.
