If you are already participating with the Medicare Advantage program, there is no need to sign up as you will automatically be placed in our system.
If you are interested in applying for participation in our Medicare network, you can visit the Aetna website and complete the provider online request form. If you would like to speak to a representative, just call 1-800-624-0756 (TTY: 711).
