Eligibility

Aetna Better Health of Ohio, a MyCare Ohio plan, is for adults age 18 or older, who are eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.  The health plan coordinates many aspects of your health care, so that we can meet your needs and goals. In other words, your health care is centered around you.

Members must live in one of these counties:

Northwest Region Counties (Metro Toledo area): Fulton, Lucas, Ottawa or Wood
Southwest Region Counties (Metro Cincinnati area): Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton or Warren
Central Region Counties (Metro Columbus area): Delaware, Franklin, Madison, Pickaway or Union
