Please ask for an ambulance only in emergencies.

Non-emergency transportation
If you must travel 30 miles or more from your home to receive covered health care services, Aetna Better Health of Ohio will provide transportation. Just call Member Services at 1-855-364-0974 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The call is free. 

Because you are eligible for Medicaid, you can also contact your County Department of Job and Family Services and ask for transportation assistance through the Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) program.

Members enrolled in a home and community-based waiver program have additional waiver transportation benefits available. Talk to your care manager for more information.
