You have a few options:
- Online: Visit the Mountain Health Trust Enrollment page.
- By phone: Call Mountain Health Trust at 1-800-449-8466 (TDD/TTY: 1-304-344-0015). You can call Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Tell them you choose Aetna Better Health of West Virginia as your plan.
- By mail: Complete the enrollment form you received in the mail. Send it to the address on the form.
