Sí. Si tiene derecho a otra prestación OTC, esta prestación OTC de cuidados menstruales será independiente.
Puede utilizar su prestación OTC tantas veces como necesite, hasta un máximo de 20 $ al mes.
No, los montos del beneficio no utilizados no se transfieren al mes siguiente.
Sí. Puede pedir más de la cantidad de 20 $ de prestación, pero tendrá que pagar utilizando otra forma de pago todo lo que supere esa cantidad.
La mayoría de los pedidos llegarán en menos de 7 días laborables. Puede tardar más en los periodos de mayor afluencia. Si no ha recibido su pedido en 14 días, llame a OTC Health Solutions al 1-888-628-2770 (TTY: 711).
